India’s top grade Arabica, well-known in Southern households as Plantation triple A, is perfectly roasted to a medium dark roast. Enjoy its malty tones over a buttery smoothness, with hints of spices. This is India’s most popular bean exported. It has the versatility of a fine arabica, medium to dark roasted for a perfect pourover cup or dark roasted for a perfect espresso.

At Artisante, we roast this and other beans in an induction heated rotating oven to evenly heat the beans and prevent scorching. Once you taste coffee made from our Mysore Nuggets, you’ll be easily addicted to its richness and flavour. Buy a kilo today!

Our Mysore Nuggets are sourced from estates in Mysore mountains, extending south of the hills of Chikmagalur region at 4,200-5,000 feet in elevation, a height that somehow brings out the best in arabica beans. Some of India’s finest beans are grown here in these hills. Hence the name Mysore. And nuggets because these beans are large, and have a special grade known as Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold.

Artisante recommends you buy whole beans and fresh grind the coffee just before making it. If you don’t have a coffee grinder (the investment is worth it), use your normal grinder to make coarse, medium or fine ground coffee by grinding in 3-4 second bursts until you get the desired grind.

If you elect to buy ground coffee, please store in our air-tight ziplock bags in the refrigerator. Our bags have a narrow opening, close tightly, and minimize contact with oxygen even when you pour out some grinds.
