Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. In addition, at least 75 percent of the original packaged quantity must be made available for photos and returns. 

Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

To be eligible for a return, there must be damage to the product and it has to be substantiated with photographic evidence. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason besides visible damage, please write to us so we can guide you. In general, if you are not satisfied, and can return 75 percent or more of the product within 3 days, sometimes we allow more than 3 days, we will try to give you a full replacement or refund at our option.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the warmer months, we ship in a sealed styrofoam pack with ice packs to keep the chocolate cool. If you delay accepting the order, or if the courier delays, or if your watchman takes time to give you the package ... or for a host of reasons, the package gets delayed, then the chocolates may soften. To restore hardness, keep the chocolate in a fridge for an hour or so, or in an ac room for an hour. The shape may change, but the chocolate quality remains intact. Also, the laws disallows the return of ingestible items such as foods and medicines.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
