Not as expected

I had a lot of expectation from this hot chocolate, I recently got back from paris and was hoping to find the same taste, this hot chocolate takes a lot of time for it to dissolved in hot milk and by the time it dissolves the milk is cold again, also as I drink lactose free milk I cant keep reheating the milk.
