This Dominican single origin bar has a strong Cocoa character marked by an appealing bitterness with long floral and fruity notes that linger. We added a Smokey note with a dash of black Volcanic Salt to bring out the nuances of this complex chocolate.

Dominican

Chocolate from Dominican Republic is one of the best raw material you can source. It’s a luxury as it is. Why would you put in disgusting smoky sea salt in it just to ruin the beautiful dark chocolate. It’s also ruined the sea salt chocolate taste and the Lindt one is generic but tastes good. Sometimes over complicating And mixing things can ruin both worlds. This is from a place of feedback not criticism to bring you down. But I love chocolate and coffee. You guys should try a simple plain Dominican dark chocolate bar maybe at 75-80 percent. Madagascar is a sour acidic and overly fruity bar I bought from you which doesn’t taste good on its own so maybe experiment that with some flavours.
