Our Japanese inspired Chocolate bar. The unique citrus profile of Japanese Yuzu delicately balanced with natural berry overtones of ruby chocolate brings out a very special ikigai. 

Our Ruby Chocolates

Ruby Chocolate, made from the ruby cocoa beans, is naturally pink in colour, it can be described as slightly sweet and sour with berry overtones. At Artisanté, we have used flavour pairings to highlight and complement the special flavour profile of the rare ruby chocolate. Our Ikigai with the unique citric flavour of Yuzu creates a perfect balance and harmony of flavour while our Purple Haze with blueberries and cranberries adds a berry forward profile that complements the Ruby chocolate.
