We took the smooth mildly sweet hot chocolate and added traditional Malabar spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. This  is a warm comforting festival favourite, richly satisfying all year round.

Enjoy Hot - Add 2 heaped tablespoons to a cup of hot milk, stir till smooth (20 gms to 200 ml). Use a whisk or frother for a creamy texture.
Enjoy Cold - Make as above, add ice or chill in the fridge. Use a frother or blender to mix directly into chilled milk for a velvety finish. Add marshmallows, whipped cream, ice-cream, cookies or brownies for a heavenly delight.
